29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about June 14, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential masonry operations twenty (20) feet two (2) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. b. On or about June 14, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee removing scaffold from PIV forks on a rooftop nineteen (19) feet six (6) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. c. On or about June 14, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential masonry operations were exposed to an unprotected stairwell that was nine (9) feet from the basement floor, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
