29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent:    Workplace, 35 North Enterprise Avenue, Secaucus, NJ    a) Employees who select products for packing and shipment to clients work in a large warehouse area with aisles  of shelving that obstructs the  view of three emergency exits  used in an emergency evacuation.  There are no signs posted in the aisle ways  that indicate the direction of travel to the emergency exit  doors.     Violation occurred on or about 6-21-17

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    Workplace, 35 North Enterprise Avenue, Secaucus, NJ    a) Where a subcontractors employees perform janitorial work daily in the facility, and use injurious chemicals including but not limited to CREW Restroom Floor and Surface SC non-acid Cleaner concentrate that can burn the eyes, the contracting employer did not ensure that facilities for flushing of the eyes such as an eyewash were provided for these employees.      Violation occurred on 6-21-17
