OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the employees were exposed to fire hazards:    a)  On or about 06/15/17, at the fuel dispensing station, located north of the Brightly Farm main shop on Redman Road, in Hamlin, New York, employees were exposed to fire hazards.   An above ground fuel tank used for dispensing fuel, was not protected against being struck by vehicles.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the employees were exposed to struck by/crush-by hazards:    a)  On or about 06/15/17, in the main shop area of the Brightly Farms, located on Redman Road, in Hamlin, New York, employees are exposed to struck by/crush-by hazards from a Caterpillar D4H Series III Track Type Tractor, which has been in operation without a back up alarm.      ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
