29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) On or about June 15, 2017 at 229 Dozier Dr., Troy, Al: The employer failed to ensure an employee installing siding trim from a JLG 600S (BL101) aerial lift had a lanyard attached to his harness and basket which exposed him to fall hazards from approximately 6 - 12 feet to the ground below.
