On 20 June 2017, three workers were performing framing activities without the use of hard hats, exposing them to the hazard of being struck by falling materials, tools, and debris.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation. 29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, post, frames, and/or uprights were not plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement.  On 20 June 2017, two framers were installing siding while on a pump jack scaffold that did not have the poles braced, exposing the workers to a fall hazard of approximately 22 feet 2 inches to the ground below.
