29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about at 6/21/17 located at 2345 Saddle Brook Trace, Cumming, GA: Employee (s) were installing roofing tar paper on the house that was under construction while working at the edge, the employer did not ensure that fall protection was used by the employees while exposed to fall hazards of approximately 40- foot on the 12/12 pitch roof.     Cesar Martinez Esparza was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926. 501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1202762, citation number 1, item number 1, and was opened on 1/13/2017, and the FOD date 3/6/17 with respect to a workplace located at 2393 Tilson Forest Dr, Decatur, GA.
