29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): 29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1):  The log of occupational injuries and illnesses, (OSHA Form No. 300), was not completed in the detail provided in the form and the instructions contained therein:    On or about June 21, 2017, the employer had not correctly and completely entered workplace injuries or illnesses on the OSHA Form 300 for calendar year 2017.    (a) February of 2017; An employee fell and hit the right side of their body, the description of the injury was not fully recorded such as the object/substance that directly injured or made the person ill. The case also was not properly classified per days away, job transfer or restriction, etc.    (b) March of 2017; An employee fell on the ice injuring their right shoulder, the case was not properly classified per days away, job transfer or restriction, etc. and did not contain information on the number of days away from work and/or job transfer/restriction for that employee.
