29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(i): Footings were not level, sound, rigid and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement:    On or about June 20, 2017 at the above addressed jobsite, employees were working on a pump jack scaffold and the scaffold footings were not level.     Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:    On or about June 20, 2017 at the above addressed jobsite, employees were performing siding work from a pump jack scaffold and were not protected by end or mid rails exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 14.4 feet.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
