29 CFR 1926.150(a)(4): Firefighting equipment was not periodically inspected and maintained: On or about June 28, 2017, firefighting equipment was not periodically inspected and replaced when found to be defective. Firefighting equipment was a missing pressure gauge and found to be without certification, exposing employees to the hazards associated with a fire. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
