Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3): The employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv): a) CMM Lab: Employees were exposed to 1bromopropane from Entron CE and the employer did not provide the employees with information about methods and observations that may be used to detect the presence or release of hazardous chemical; the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area; and measures employees can take to protect themselves from those hazards, on or about June 30, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
