29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  10201 Park Rowe Ave., Baton Rouge, LA:  On or about May 22, 2017, the employer did not ensure that employees working approximately 25 feet wore adequate fall protection.  The employee was observed working at the edge of apartment building #2 drilling holes in the upper level floors to release standing water.
