This condition exposed the employees to crushing and amputation hazards. This condition includes but is not limited to:    (1)   Amada press brake model RG-50, S/N 508920  Unguarded point of operation presented crushing and amputation hazards. (2)   Amada press brake model RG-100, S/N 103634  Unguarded point of operation presented crushing and amputation hazards. (3)   Amada press brake model RG-35S, S/N unknown  Unguarded point of operation presented crushing and amputation hazards. (4)  Amada press brake model RG3512LD, S/N 35120135  Unguarded point of operation presented crushing and amputation hazards. (5) Rother Machine Tools hydraulic press brake S/N 10VSG/A2066  Unguarded point of operation presented crushing and amputation hazards.    Abatement Note:  Press brake safeguarding can be accomplished by using one of the following:    (a)  Presence Sensing Device - Designed to automatically stop the machine when the sensing field is interrupted. (b)  Two-Hand Control Device - Designed to keep the operators hands away from the point of operation by requiring two hands to engage the machine. (c)  Pullback Device - Designed to pull the operator's hands away from the area of the closing dies during each stroke of the press. (d)  Restraint Device - Designed and adjusted so that the operator can never reach the point of operation.
