Building 11, 13 and 15 - On or about July 6, 2017 the steps and a deck at the following locations needed repairing:      1. Building 11 Back Steps - The riser for the third step on the second flight of stairs was rotten and had holds.       2. Building 13 First Flight of Stairs - The first step of the first flight of stairs was broken. The nails on the ends of the last step on the first flight of stairs had pulled loose.      3. Building 15 Deck - The end of a deck board had pulled loose and was sticking upward.  The loose board was the fourth board from the outer guardrail.
