29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of �1926.502(k) developed and implemented:                                                                                                            The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented at a worksite located at or near 2309 S 220 Ave., Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022 on or about June 30, 2017. The employer did not ensure that adequate fall protection was provided for and worn by an employee at all times while working on the roof of a home which was approximately 12 feet from a lower level.    Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed.
