29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): Safety guards for abrasive wheel machines were not constructed so that the peripheral protecting member can be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheel: a) Milling Department of Time Machine Inc. in Franklin, PA. On or about July 7, 2017, the Palmgren bench grinder, model #82061, was not equipped with an adjustable tongue guard over the grinding wheel.
