29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems:  The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards when conducting roofing operations on residential structures.  This was most recently documented at 7600 Erin Court, Lincoln, Nebraska on or about 28 June, 2017 when employees were observed installing shingles to a residential structure while working greater than 6 feet above the ground without fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(10): The tops of a non-self-supporting ladder were not placed with the two rails supported equally:  The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards when conducting roofing operations on a residential structure.  This was most recently documented at 7600 Erin Court, Lincoln, Nebraska when employees were observed using a ladder and its top support rails were leaning on the gable of a roof and therefore were not supported equally.
