29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501:    (a) K and K Builders at 454 Willett Heights Court, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487: On or before 06/27/17, the employer did not insure that employees were protected from fall hazards while constructing a residential property. An employee was performing caulking working on the edge of a second story wooden deck without the use of fall protection or a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employee to fall hazards of approximately 11.5 feet.
