29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure:     Baymont Inn & Suites was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 953390, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on March 27, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3680 Riverside Drive, Macon, Georgia 31210.     On or about July 12, 2017, and times prior thereto, at the workplace, the employer had not developed a documented (written) Exposure Control Plan for employees exposed to blood and other potentially infectious contaminated materials while cleaning a guest room.

29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee with occupational exposure participated in a training program:    Baymont Inn & Suites was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 953390, citation number 1, item number 3b and was affirmed as a final order on March 27, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3680 Riverside Drive, Macon, Georgia 31210.    On or about July 12, 2017, and times prior thereto, at the workplace, employee(s) exposed to blood and other potentially infectious materials on contaminated surfaces while cleaning a guest room had not been provided with training covering the hazards of blood and other potentially infectious materials.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    Baymont Inn & Suites was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 953390, citation number 1, item number 6a and was affirmed as a final order on March 27, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3680 Riverside Drive, Macon, Georgia 31210.    On or about July 12, 2017, and times prior thereto, where employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals, including cleaning products containing corrosives, the employer had not developed and implemented a written Hazard Communication program.
