29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    (a) Creamer Department, on or about and at times preceding to July 13, 2017, when filling the creamer packets, the employees were exposed to rotating parts at the unguarded wheel, exposing employees to laceration hazards.    (b) Pepper Department, pepper machine #12, on or about and at times preceding to July 13, 2017, employees were required to perform cleanup at the unguarded magnet area, exposing employees to an ingoing nip point hazard.
