29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):  The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):   (a)  CertaPro Painters of Fort Collins, 5220 Boardwalk Drive, Fort Collins, CO:  On and prior to July 12th, 2017, the controlling employer in charge of the worksite had not ensured a "competent" person conducted frequent inspections of the jobsite to ensure the use of fall protection while employees working for a sub-contractor stood on first story roofs to prep and paint exterior siding and trim. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazards of approximately 10 feet to the ground below.
