Jobsite: On or about July 19,2017 and at times prior thereto the employer did not develop a written hazardous communication program for the workplace with hazardous chemicals. The company used Steri-Fab to eliminate bed bugs by spraying on the mattress. Steri-Fab is a flammable liquid that causes serious eye irritation.
