29 CFR 1910.106(b)(6): In locations where flammable vapors may be present, precautions were not taken to prevent ignition by eliminating or controlling sources of ignition.  Sources of ingition may include open flames, lightning, smoking, hot sirfaces, frictional heat, sparks (static, electrical, and mechanical), spontaneous ignition, chemical and physical-chemical reactions, and radiant heat:  On or about July 14, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to fire hazards when the employer did not take precautions to prevent ignition were flammable vapors were present.

29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures:  On or about July 18, 2017, at the above addressed location, employees were exposed to electrical hazards when the enclosure of the pump selector was not installed to prevent water from entering and accumulating.
