29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) Construction site, Lot 33 - On or about June 21, 2017, an employee was observed working at the unprotected edge of an opening for a patio door approximately 10 feet above the ground without utilizing any form of fall protection.  b) Construction site, Lot 32 - On or about June 21, 2017, an employee worked from the top plate of the third floor while framing around the trusses without utilizing any form of fall protection. The employer did not have an alternative fall protection plan as described in 1926.502(k).
