29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section.     On or about 7/20/17 located at 7090 Ashford Manor Way, Cumming, GA:  Employees were exposed to fall hazards approximately 10- feet from the lower level, while performing framing work from the make shift scaffolds made from 2 X 6 and 2 X 12 lumber. The employer failed to install guard rails.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a)  NOTE TO CSHO: USE THIS OPTION ONLY IN CASES WHERE THE INFEASIBILITY/GREATER HAZARD EXCEPTION IS NOT IN ISSUE.     On or about 7/20/17 located at 7090 Ashford Manor Way, Cumming, GA: Employees were installing the rafters on the on a house that was under construction while working at the edge and walking on top of the 2 x 4 walls top plates. The employer did not ensure that fall protection was used by the employees while exposed to fall hazards of approximately from 12 to 30- feet.
