29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by rotating parts and ingoing nip points:  a)  CNC Milling Machine Area, on or about 7/25/17:  OTC Power Team Straightening Press, Foot Pedal was not guarded.   b)  Manual Area, on or about 7/25/17: Kalamazoo Belt Sander had unguarded nip points on the sanding belt and the rotating nut projection was not guarded.
