29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:  On or about July 21, 2017, and in times prior thereto, on the second floor stairwell of the apartment complex,  worker(s) were using a DeWalt cordless circular saw to cut plywood without first supporting the piece of plywood.  Cutting the plywood unsupported exposes the operator to the hazards of the saw kicking back and cutting the operator.
