29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about July 20, 2017:  a) An employee working for Alvaro Cruz was exposed to head injuries when the employer failed to ensure that the employee was properly protected while work was going on above him.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
