29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: JOB SITE: 916 Bishop Gate Lane, Kirkwood, MO 63122, on or about 7/26/2017, workers were observed on the roof of the structure, actively installing new roofing material, operating pneumatic nail guns without any form of eye or face protection. The workers were exposed to a struck-by hazard.
