29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a)  NOTE TO CSHO: USE THIS OPTION ONLY IN CASES WHERE THE INFEASIBILITY/GREATER HAZARD EXCEPTION IS NOT IN ISSUE.   On or about at 7/27/17 located at 2425 Westlington Cir, Cumming, GA: The owner and his employees were installing windows on the roof of a house that was under construction while working at the edge, the employer did not ensure that fall protection was used by himself  and his employees while exposed to fall hazards of approximately up to 11  feet above the lower level while on the 4/12 pitch roof.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(20): The employer did not provide for prompt rescue of employees in the event of a fall or did not assure that employees were able to rescue themselves:  On or about at 7/27/17 located at 2425 Westlington Cir, Cumming, GA: Employees were installing windows on the roof of a house that was under construction while working at the edge, the employer did not ensure a rescue plain was in place for fall protection for his employees  approximately up to 11 - feet above the lower level.
