29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  PRODUCTION AREAS:  On or about and at times prior to July 31, 2017, employees involved in certain activities were required to wear tight-fitting elastomeric respirators.  Such activities included, but were not limited to, painting hoist cables and coating aluminum for aerospace applications.  The employer had not developed a written Respiratory Protection Program that addressed all the requirements of the standard.
