29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    a) On or about 7/26/17, on the north side of building at 2111 Seneca Street, Buffalo, NY :  One employee was doing work on the building exterior from inside of the elevated basket of a JLG Model  450AJ aerial lift. The employee was not wearing a body harness with an attached lanyard, and was not tethered to the boom or basket of the lift in any other way.  The employee was exposed to potential fall of approx. 17 ft.   NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
