29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about July 19, 2017, at Libuse Library, the employer failed to ensure that flexible cords had adequate strain relief. Employees were allowed to use the temporary lighting set with exposed wiring.
