29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On or about August 2, 2017, employees engaged in residential construction activities worked at heights greater than 6 feet above lower level without use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system.  Employees were exposed to the hazard of falls.    Roberto Gonzalez Rameriz  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1129518, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on May 18, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 14614 E 114th St., Owasso, OK.    Roberto Gonzalez Rameriz  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1825.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1143661, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on June 27, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 11315 N 148th E Ave., Owasso, OK.
