Rocky River, OH:  The employer did not ensure a Ryobi 10 inch table saw (model #RTS216) was equipped with the appropriate factory provided guard while in use.  An employee using the unguarded tool to cut wooden window framing material was exposed to potential contact of the blade during cutting operations.
