The unsecured platform was at a height of 24ft when an employee was installing new metal roofing material and assisting another employee applying the metal in the roof valley.

The employee was exposed to a 24ft fall to the level below while installing new metal roof material to the roof valley, and while ascending and descending, to get more supplies from the ground below.
