29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Strain relief. Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided which will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. Near Pier, Welding Area: A heavy duty black extension cord was not protected from being pulled out from a grey box the 4 inner wires pulling on the joints or terminal screws inside the box, exposed employees to the hazard of possible electrical shock.
