This hazard was observed on 8/5/17.

29 CFR 1910.178(m)(3): Unauthorized personnel were permitted to ride on industrial truck(s): a) 2 Charles Court, Dayton, NJ: Employees were exposed to fall hazards while riding and working from the elevated forklift platform in order to empty drums into a dumpster. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 6 feet. This hazard was observed on 8/5/17.
