29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  (a). Worksite located at 110 Hospital Drive, Smithville, Missouri- Employee was observed working and walking under elevated equipment and materials and was not wearing any means of head protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   (a). Worksite located at 110 Hospital Drive, Smithville, Missouri- Employees were observed working on a steep roof without the use of any means of fall protection.   The Jaime Cervantes -Torres Contracting  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1212286, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on June 22, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 500 NE Swann Road, Lee's Summit, Missouri.
