29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a)  At 2319 Bent Creek Rd. Auburn, Alabama:  On or about August 4, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees prepare a wall for stucco installation while standing on a high slope roof without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 13 feet 10 inches to the ground below.
