29 CFR 1926.703(a)(1): Formwork was not designed, fabricated, erected, supported, braced and maintained so that it would be capable of supporting without failure all vertical and lateral loads that could reasonably be anticipated to be applied to the formwork:    a) On or about August 7, 2017, employees were assigned to work in an area on the second floor of the building with unsupported flooring forms, resulting in an employee falling 14.2 feet when stepping on the unsupported forms.
