Roof, 23 Oak Street, Springfield, MA: On or about August 11, 2017 employees were engaged in roofing activities on a low slope roof more than 30 feet above the next lower level a were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
