Location:  a) In the jobsite at 336 St. Marks Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y. 11238      On or about 08/11/17, there were an uncovered electrical panel, switches and receptacles on the wall with electrical live parts and wiring exposed. An employee was exposed to electric shock hazard.
