29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was each employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about 08/10/2017, on the residential construction site at 39381 Ironwood Avenue, Prairieville, LA (located on Lot 39 in Ironwood Estates), the employer did not ensure that employees framing the roof of the structure at elevations of 9' - 17' were provided with a means of fall protection.
