29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    a. 295 Stelton Road, Piscataway, NJ     Employees engaged in residential construction activities were not protected from head injury by use of hard hats.  Employees removing siding materials were working directly below employees using hand held tools and removing decking debris without wearing head protection.     Violation observed on or about August 12, 2017

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a. 295 Stelton Road, Piscataway, NJ     The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls by use of a personal fall arrest system.  Three employees engaged in residential construction activities were working from the second level were not protected from falls by use of personal restraint systems, guardrails or a safety net system.     Violation observed on or about August 12, 2017
