29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:(a)(LOCATION)(IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATIONS AND/OR CONDITIONS)(DESCRIBE HAZARDS WHERE NECESSARY)  a) 2100 Route 130 North, North Brunswick, NJ:  Employees who were engaged in commercial construction while operating a Genie aerial lift exposed to fall hazards.  The employees were not tied off to the lift using a full body harness and lanyard.    This hazard was observed on 8/12/17.
