29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  (a)  On or about August 9, 2017, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting framing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface.   (b)  On or about August 9, 2017,  employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while working near an open hole, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, in excess of six feet above the lower surface.
