29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): 29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems. Guardrail system criteria are contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926:  (a) East Jobsite - On or about August 11, 2017 concrete 37 inch high stairway landing did not have a midrail on two sides.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employers shall provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new physical or health hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area. Information and training may be designed to cover categories of hazards (e.g., flammability, carcinogenicity) or specific chemicals. Chemical-specific information must always be available through labels and material safety data sheets.   (a)  Jobsite - On or about August 11, 2017 employees were exposed to health hazards while using paint thinner and Sherwin Williams DTM paint. The employer did not provide hazardous communication training to the exposed employees.
