29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident.  On or about July 7, 2017, an employee completing construction of the brick veneer at a new residential home became seriously ill and was hospitalized with complications of heat stroke.  The employee succumbed to hyperthermia.  The employer failed to report the work-related incident to OSHA within 8-hours of the employee's death.
