29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(20): Employees did not face the ladder when ascending or descending the ladder: a- 2nd Floor, 1151 West Main Street, Freehold NJ: A company employee was exposed to fall hazards when descending an A-framed ladder while not facing the ladder. This ladder was in the closed position and leaning against a wall as the employee descended it. Condition observed on or about 08/14/17.
