29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): The employer did not ensure that construction areas will be posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazard:    a) The employee was exposed to struck-by hazard when working an aerial lift exposed to moving traffic without sufficient traffic warning devices such as signs, barricades, cones, or a flagman.     Location: 11 W 13th Street, New York, N.Y.    On or about 8/10/2017    NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS ITEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
